HIV Testing KAB Survey Questions with Analysis Survey Questions
This is a KAB survey about HIV testing designed for TB patients, as well as the results of the survey from Colorado (sample size: 41). This tool was designed to investigate why we are not obtaining and recording HIV test results for 100% of our active TB cases. The primary target is All patients with active TB disease regardless of age, race, gender or country of origin. Notes on opportunities to improve the tool were made in the body of the document. This tool is qualitative, though getting a viable number of responses (quantitative) is useful to gauge any trends. In order to use this tool, it is helpful to know how to use an online survey platform such as Zoomerang or Survey Monkey.
